Troubleshoot "Dongle not found" message

If no licensed spectrophotometer is connected when Color Profiler Suite starts, the "Dongle not found" window appears.

Note: If a licensed spectrophotometer is connected but the "Dongle not found" message appears, you may need to activate the Color Profiler Suite license.
Click one of the following:
  • Download License - Downloads the license from the EFI license activation website. You can download the license from any computer that is connected to the Internet, even if Color Profiler Suite is not installed.

  • Activate License - Activates a license that is already on your desktop.

  • Run in Demo mode - Runs Color Profiler Suite in Demo mode.
