Editing workflows

Depending on the requirements of different jobs, workflows can be edited and saved under different names to be used for different jobs.

You can edit workflows by:
  • Adding or deleting modules
  • Changing the settings of modules
  • Changing the order of modules in the workflow
  • Renaming the workflow
  • Adding a description of the workflow
  1. To edit a workflow, click the workflow name in the Workflows tab. In the editing window that opens, you can edit the workflow according to the requirements of the job.
  2. To add a module, click the plus sign below each module. The modules that can be added are displayed.
  3. To delete a module from the workflow, click in the pane of the module that you want to delete. Then click the Delete icon.
  4. To change the settings of a module, click in the pane of the module that you want to edit. Then click the Edit icon. From the settings drop-down, select a setting and click Save to save the changes.
  5. To change the order of modules in the workflow, select a module in the right pane of the editing window, and drag it to the new location you want.
  6. To rename the workflow, in the right pane of the editing window, click the Edit Workflow icon. In the Edit Workflow dialog that opens, enter a name and a description of the workflow. Click Update to save the changes.
