Update Fiery Color Profiler Suite

Updates to Fiery Color Profiler Suite are handled by Fiery Software Manager, which is installed when you install Fiery Color Profiler Suite. It is recommended that you update the Fiery Color Profiler Suite regularly to obtain the latest features, fixes, enhancements, and verification standards. You will have the best user experience when Fiery Color Profiler Suite is at the latest version.

Note: To qualify for upgrades that add new features, Fiery Color Profiler Suite requires a current Software Maintenance and Support Agreement (SMSA). Your SMSA renewal date is displayed in Fiery Software Manager. If your SMSA is expired, contact your Fiery reseller to renew. You will need to provide the reseller with the serial number of the spectrophotometer being used to license Fiery Color Profiler Suite.

If you receive a new Fiery server or a Fiery Color Profiler Suite kit with an older release of Fiery Color Profiler Suite, you are entitled to upgrade to the latest release of Fiery Color Profiler Suite at no charge, and receive one year of the SMSA coverage from the date the new Fiery server or Fiery Color Profiler Suite is installed.

In these cases, use the following steps to obtain the updated Fiery Color Profiler Suite SMSA.
  • Send an email to profilersupport@efi.com.
  • In the email, provide the serial number of the EFI ES-2000 or EFI ES-3000 that came in the Fiery Color Profiler Suite kit or the License Activation Code (LAC) for a software-only version of Fiery Color Profiler Suite.
  • EFI will provide a 1-year SMSA extension from the date you received Fiery Color Profiler Suite.
  • You can then download and use the latest version of Fiery Color Profiler Suite. The software will be downloaded from efi.com/cps/download. Please contact your EFI Account Manager for additional information.
