You can specify which page size information Command WorkStation reads out of PDF jobs. You can also instruct Command WorkStation to override the bounding box information of PostScript jobs, which can be inaccurate.

1. Do one of the following:

   • In Server Manager: On the sidebar, click Printers, and select a printer. In the printer's tree view, select a workflow. On the File tab, expand the PS/EPS/PDF panel.

   • In Job Editor: On the File tab, expand the PS/EPS/PDF panel.

2. Under Size definition, select an item:

   • For PDF jobs: Select an appropriate page size definition.

   • For PostScript jobs: Select Calculate page size.

     This process is slower than extracting the bounding box information from the job, but the result is more accurate.

3. Click Save.
