Set a time lapse for EPS job detection or change the input resolution

You can specify how long Command WorkStation waits to receive all job separations. You can also change the default input resolution to correct a rendering error that may cause a thin white line to appear between step-and-repeat images.

  1. Do one of the following:
    • In Server Manager: On the sidebar, click Printers, and select a printer. In the printer's tree view, select a workflow. On the File tab, expand the PS/EPS/PDF panel.

    • In Job Editor: On the File tab, expand the PS/EPS/PDF panel.

  2. Do one of the following:
    • Under Waiting time for job completion, type the number of seconds that Command WorkStation waits to receive color separations for each job.

    • Under Default resolution, type an input resolution value of between 1 dpi and 720 dpi.

  3. Click Save.
