Change the ink sequence
You can change the print order of the job’s colors. By default, spot colors are printed on top of the process colors.
The ink sequence can greatly affect the printed result. A spot color printed below the process colors looks completely different from a spot color printed on top of the process colors.
The process colors (CMYK) are grouped together. You cannot move them individually.
- In Job Editor: On the sidebar, click Color. On the Color tab, expand the Spot Colors panel.
- In the spot color definition table, click a color.
- Underneath the spot color definition table, click an arrow button to move the color up or down the list.
